Donald E. Ramsey Obituary
We are sad to announce that on January 6, 2023, at the age of 89, Donald E. Ramsey of Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his mother Callie Townsend Ramsey; his wife Leona Kelly Ramsey; his siblings, Betty Howell and Chester Ramsey; his half-sisters, Nellie Veach and Goldie Kovach; his daughter-in-law Gale Ramsey; and his sister-in-law Loretta Ramsey.
He is survived by: his sons, Tom Ramsey (Ann) of Rock Hill, Ron Ramsey of Richmond, John Ramsey (Monica) of Mamou, Jerry Ramsey (Bertie) of Hagerstown and Donald Ramsey (Kim) of Richmond; and his brothers, James Ramsey and Charles Ramsey (Linda) of Richmond. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
