He is survived by: his sons, Billy James and Donald Rush Jr. of Richmond; and his siblings, Ron Carter (Darlene) of Richmond, Jeannie Milligan (Ray), Karen Rush, David Rush, Joanne Rush of Connersville and Tina Cooper of Franklin Ohio. He is also survived by his grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
