He was predeceased by: his parents, James Thomas and Vivian Louise Simpson Bailey; and his wife Annabelle. He is survived by: his sons, James Bailey, Phillip Bailey, Mark Bailey (April) of Richmond and Cameron Arnett (Jamie) of Moraine; his grandsons, Mark Bailey Jr. (Hannah), Justin Bailey and Canaan Arnett; his great grandchild Easton Bailey; his brothers, Floyd and George Bailey; and his close friend Cora Allen. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
