He is survived by: his mother Marjorie Hetisimer (Handy) of Richmond; his wife Kristy McCullum; his children, Josh Hetisimer (Amanda) of Centerville and Hollie Kinder (Nate) of Elizabeth; his grandchildren, Sidney Ashcraft (Skyler), Peyton DeLucio, Braxton, Asher and Aislynn Hetisimer; his great grandchild Waylon Ashcraft; and his siblings, Billy Hetisimer, Mary Ann Payne, Terri Duffin and Amy Belt.
