It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Devon Shane Parker of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on June 26, 2022, at the age of 29, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Shirley and Joseph Parker Sr.; and his uncle Tim Kempton. He is survived by: his son Sebastian Parker of Richmond; his parents, Pam Riggle (Steve) of Richmond and Joseph Parker (Pam) of Natchez; his sister Erin Parker of Denver; his grandparents, Edith Jansen (Pete) of Richmond and Alan Kempton of Centerville; his aunts, Paula, Diane, Dawn and Debbie; his uncle John; and his cousin Tiffany.
