He was predeceased by: his parents, Phee Williams and Cora Madden Williams; his wife Mary F. Drew Williams; his son Bill Williams (Sally); and his siblings, Cleo Lee and Ralph Williams.
He is survived by: his daughter Lena Callahan (Brian) of Richmond; his grandchildren, Ryan Williams of Richmond and Neal Williams (Rachel) of Richmond; and his sister Verna Castro of Las Vegas, Nevada. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; cousins; and many friends.
