He is survived by: his girlfriend Phyllis Davidson of Hamilton, OH; his children, Nelson Skelton (Stephanie Skelton) of Richmond, IN and Renee Hensley of Hamilton, OH; his stepson Matthew Mooney of Hamilton, OH; his grandchildren, Hailie Spence (Tollie Beaty) of Richmond, IN, Kayden Skelton of Richmond, IN, Brandalynn Hatfield of Summerville, OH, Lincoln Skelton of Richmond, IN and Tylan Skelton of Richmond, IN.; his siblings, Donna Goings (Fred), Teresa Stump, David Skelton (Elisabeth), Brian Vickers, Matthew Vickers (Becci), John Vickers (Lisa) and Wayne Allen Hinchman; his brothers-in-law, Wayne Hinchman, Dale McNamara, George Williams and Gary Hurley; and his friends, Clint Helton and Aaron Downie. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
