He is survived by: his wife Connie Simpkins Kreider; his daughters, Amanda Revalee (Mark) of Cambridge City, Katrina Caldwell (Danny) of Richmond, Kristina Maxwell (Jason) of Richmond, Betsey Spurgin (Jason) of Dublin and Katie Jones (Dan Compeau) of Ft. Wayne, Indiana; his grandchildren, Amber (Matt), Alex (Brittany), Kendrick, Shayna, Natalie, Karleigh, Kameron, Rayanna, Josh, Avery and Oliver; and his siblings, Deborah Blair (Bill) of Newberry, Florida and Gary Kreider (Bev) of Centerville, Indiana. He is also survived by aunts; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
