She was predeceased by: her parents, James Edward and Janet Marie Keiser Hart. She is survived by: her children, Christopher Samms (Lori) of Cambridge City and Amanda Samms of Richmond; her granddaughter Zoey Samms; and her brother Doug Hart of Cincinnati, Ohio. She is also survived by cousins; and many friends.
