She is survived by: her stepfather Bob Shinn; her children, Yvonne Holbert (Robert Mann), Cullen Rastbichler, Haley Rastbichler, Jason and Chad Holbert; her grandchildren, RJ and Nicole Mann; her great grandchild Verity; her siblings, Jonny Sell of Ventura, CA., David Sparks (Malissa), Jerry Sell (Becky) of Bowling Green, KY., Dawn Parks of West Chester, OH. and Shawn Rhoades (Brad) of Lynn; her cousin Belinda Smith; and her close friend Mell Wines (Scott). She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins.
