He is survived by: his wife Karen James Gabbard; his children, Jera Smith (Daniel) of Richmond, Heather Gabbard (Terry Meece) of Richmond, Tara Stanton (Arron) of Westfield, Indiana and Billy Gabbard (Jennifer) of Castine, Ohio; and his siblings, Bonnie Elliott (Ronald) of Connersville, Eva Woodhurst (Robert) of Richmond and Danny Gabbard of Hamilton, Ohio. He is also survived by nieces; nephews; and many friends.
