He was predeceased by: his parents, Norman Dale and Josephine Marie Chenoweth (Simons); and his wife Susan Kay Hollinger. He is survived by: his significant other Trudy Slaby Eissler; his children, Nicole Bolotnik (Tony), Crista Chenoweth-Beracha (Brian) and Lee Chenoweth (Natalie); his grandchildren, Zhenya, Ruslan Bolotnik, Ian, Sophie Beracha, Emma and Adler Chenoweth; his great grandchild Luka Kovalenko; his sisters, Loretta Newton (Darrell) and Pamela Hineman (David); and his sister-in-law Jane Hickey (Steve). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, and cousins.
