He is survived by: his wife Victoria Winters (Duke); his stepchildren, Seth Winters, Chelsie Winters (Vernon), Manda Taylor (Richard), Tyler Winters, Ally Mead Evan Mead (AJ) and Emily Mead (Jared); his grandchildren, Tay'lynn Jones, Isabelle Winters, Traevin Eaton, Ta'Mya Jones, Ian Jones, Marshall Winters, Royalty Nelloms, Gabe Winters and Olivia Cambron; his mother Sandra Pitts (Hartman); his stepfather Gary Pitts; and his brothers, James Winters (Betsy) and Jason Pitts.
