He was predeceased by: his siblings, Dianna Goodyear, Donna Smock, David and Donald Bostick. He is survived by: his goddaughter Shalyn; his sister Denise Moster (Paul) of Liberty, Indiana; and his brothers-in-law, Jerry Goodyear of Indianapolis and Mike Smock of Centerville, Indiana. He is also survived by 18 nieces and nephews; 13 great-nieces and great-nephews; cousins; and many friends.
