We are sad to announce that on May 9, 2020, at the age of 54, Cynthia Jack (Richmond, Indiana) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Connie Voiles and Gilbert Puckett Sr. Cindy Lou; her uncle Chuck Toshlog; her aunt Cindy Tucker; her brother Jeff Puckett; and her niece Jenna Hayden.
She is survived by: her husband William Jack of Richmond, Indiana; her daughters, Ashley Harris of Richmond and Amber Harris-Payne of Dutton, Alabama; her grandchildren, Gage Gibson, Jenica Gibson, Madisyn Gibson, Dora Gibson, London McCall, Delaney McCall and Copeland Payne; her stepmother Suzanne Puckett of Largo, Florida; her siblings, Debbie Viano of Palm Harbor, FL, Amy Smith of Milton, Emily Good-Lee of West Alexandria, Ohio and Gilbert Puckett Jr. of Richmond, Indiana; her cousins, Matthew Tucker and Charlie Tucker; her mother-in-law Georgia Barnes; and her brothers-in-law, Earl Jack, Tim Jack and Sean Barnes. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, family and friends.
Due to the Covid-19 guidelines viewing will be held on Wednesday May 13, 2020 from 10am-11am at Community Family Funeral Home with 25 people rotating at a time.
