Charlotte Hazel Beard VanOver Obituary
It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Charlotte Hazel Beard VanOver of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on April 18, 2022, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Harry M. Beard and Myra G. Hunnicutt Beard; her son Timothy R. Clark; her great grandchildren, Arlena DeCamp, Brittney and Angela Ferrell; and her siblings, Raymond, Harry, Walter, James, John, Chester Beard, Bessie Shook and Frances Wise.
She is survived by: her daughter Kathie A. DeCamp (James) of Dunnellon, Florida; her grandchildren, Pammy Mays (Tommy) of Crystal River, Florida and James A. DeCamp (Carloyn) of Richmond; her great grandchildren, Aaron Wells, Joel, Josh and Mariah Branum; her great great grandchild A. J. Wells III; and her sister Esther Ankrom of Williamsburg, Indiana. She is also survived by nieces; and nephews.
