He is survived by: his children, Paul Philhower (Rebecca) of Indy and Robin Kullerstrand of Richmond; his grandchildren, Megan Philhower and Marci Johnson (J. R.); and his great grandchildren, Zoe Philhower, Tziporah and Isiyas Johnson. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
