He is survived by: his siblings, Jaquetta Lewis of Richmond, Fred, Timothy Lewis of Denver, Ronald and Terry Lewis of Richmond, Indiana; his aunts, Donetta Mays, Saundra Shackelford of Richmond and Jane Mays of Dayton, Ohio; his uncle James Mays of Denver, Colorado; and his close friend Tokay Spicer. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, family and friends.
