She was predeceased by: her parents, William Philpot and Zylphia Tipton Philpot; her husbands, Carlo Hibbard, Holliday Mullins and Glen Pendleton; her children, Linda Farmer and William "Dougie" Hibbard; her stepdaughters, Yolanda Slusher and Melody Alford; her granddaughters, Brandi Hibbard and Ginger Rich; and her brothers, Hiram, George and James Philpot.
She is survived by: her children, Barbara Ballenger of Richmond, Patricia Bach of Richmond, Pam Rich of Richmond, Carlo Hibbard Jr. of Benton and Steve Hibbard (Regina) of North Port, Florida; her stepchildren, Debra Wilkinson (Cliff) of Hagerstown, Indiana and Ron Pendleton of Hagerstown; and her siblings, Opal Cornett of Clay County, Amy Mills (Ed) of Seymour, Indiana, Joyce Wicker of Seymour, Indiana and Charles Philpot (Pat) of Oneida, Kentucky. She is also survived by eight grandchildren; nine great-grandchildren.
