He was predeceased by: his parents, Ampie Crockett and Ethel Crabtree Crockett; and his sisters, Eva Markley and Gladys Crawford. He is survived by: his wife Hazel Revalee Crockett of Richmond; his siblings, Larry Crockett (Kathy) of Ann Arbor, Alta Hawkins of Grove City, Erma (John Barley) and Dorothy (Robert Arthur); and his sister-in-law Joan Lawrence of Richmond. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family as requested that a donation be made to the donor's favorite charity.
