He was predeceased by: his parents, Forrest Ullrich and Beverly Overman Ullrich; and his son Scott A. Ullrich. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kay Abbott Ullrich; and his son Brian Ullrich of Lafayette. He is also survived by grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
