She is survived by: her sons, Joseph Phenis and Jason Phenis (Diamond); her grandchildren, Kayla Koch, Nina Phenis (Chase), Jason Eric Phenis, Evelyn Phenis and Cash Stephens; her great grandchildren, Kalli Koch of Richmond, IN., Vincent Koch of Richmond, IN., Everleigh Bailey of Richmond, IN., Amelia Bailey of Richmond, IN. and Alaya Linville of Richmond, IN.; and her sisters, Geneva Ladd and Linda Baker. She is also survived by extended family and friends.
