He was predeceased by: his mother Lillian Mullins; his parents-in-law, Hershel Houk and Gaytha Houk; and his sister-in-law Pat Houk. He is survived by: his son Nathan of Richmond; his wife Elizabeth; his siblings, Jim Mullins (Debbie) of Indianapolis, Terry Mullins of Indianapolis, Dale Mullins (Kathy) of Milltown, Mike Mullins, Teresa Pearson (Doug) of Bloomington and Janet Mullins of Indianapolis; and his close friends, Kevin Matthew and Angela Sisson. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and great friends.
Though he had been unable to see them in them in the past two years because of COVID, Brandon loved and missed his extended family greatly.
