It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billy Manning of Richmond, Indiana, born in Winchester, Indiana, who passed away on June 10, 2021, at the age of 80, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Manning and Thelma Kennedy Manning; and his wife Janice Manning. He is survived by: his children, Felicia Cross (Shawn) of Richmond and Dennis Chasteen (Conni) of Hope; his grandchildren, Peyton Cross, Micah, Seth, Joshua and Jude Chasteen; and his great grandchildren, Berkly and Ledger. He is also survived by several nieces, and nephews.
