It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Billie Jean Fisher of Richmond, Indiana, born in Symbol, Kentucky, who passed away on August 30, 2024, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nolan Patton and Cecil Parker Patton; her son Mark Winslow; and her siblings, Bob Patton (Darla) and Bonnie Patton.
She is survived by: her children, Tracy Winslow, Jennifer Meinsen (Gayle) and Terry Rees (Angie); and her grandchildren, Freddie Brush (Kara), Janell Winslow, Brittney Brush, Matt Meinsen (Kyleigh), Tylean Turner (Jake), David Meinsen (Lennon), Hanna Winslow, Casey Erbse (Brandon), Austin Rees (Emma), Brooke Senter (Riley) and Sean Hodges (Megan). She is also survived by twenty-one great grandchildren, and one on the way; four great-great grandchildren; nieces; nephews; and many friends.
