She was predeceased by: her parents, Harley Moore and Gertrude Mae Wood Sullivan; her husband Thomas Allen Schisler; her children, Gary Strait and Deborah Ward; her grandchildren, Robert Leroy Sheffer Jr. and Michelle Renae Brashears; and her aunt Ella Butler.
She is survived by: her daughters, Sharon Pennington of Richmond, Brenda Edwards (Barry) of Liberty and Cynthia Sheets (Duane Lakes) of Richmond. She is also survived by her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren.
