She was predeceased by: her parents, Orva E. Harter and Lillian A. Turnipseed Harter; her husband James D. Clements; and her sisters, Joan Dull and Eva Jean Smith.
She is survived by: her sons, James Thomas Clements (Sandy) of Richmond and Bill Allen Clements of Richmond; her grandchildren, Vince Clements (Kari) of Englewood, Derek Clements (Rubie Mackie) of Chicago, Dylan Clements of Denver, David Clements (Katie Davis) of Cincinnati, Ohio and Lauren Clements (Dylan Byerlines) of Cincinnati, Ohio; and her great grandchildren, Liam and Norah Clements. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; and cousins.
