She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas B. Campbell and Lyda Lorene Reed Campbell; her siblings, Mildred Pence, Ollie Jackson, Harold, Dorsie, Eddie, Bill and Harry Campbell; her half-siblings, John, Raymond Campbell and Alice Ramey; and her son Fred Allen.
She is survived by: her sister Alberta Baldwin; her children, Danny Hale and Delayna Moore; and her husband Dale. She is also survived by her grandchildren and great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews.
