She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Ora James and Helen Lois Reed Beckett; her children, Bonita Jeanne "Bonnie" McNew of Richmond and Stephen Fred McNew (Marilyn Ann) of Fort Wayne; her grandchildren, Melissa Haberly (James) of Fort Wayne, Justin McNew (Sarah) of San Diego and Matthew McNew (Christina) of Indianapolis; her great grandchildren, Austin (Emily), Benjamin, Cameron Haberly, Avery and Roark McNew; her sister-in-law Eleanor Beckett; her husband William Fred McNew; her stepmother Maxine Bostick Beckett; and her siblings, Raymond Lloyd Beckett and Erma Lois Fitzharris Coate. She was also cherished by several nieces and nephews.
