She was predeceased by: her parents, James B. Dooley and Eva Pennington Dooley; her husband Earl; and her daughter Sherry Albert. She is survived by: her son Joe Chamness (Marcie) of Richmond; her son-in-law Curt Albert; and her grandchildren, David Albert (Brenda), Steven Chamness (Jill), Amy Kemerer (Bill), Sara Dungan (James) and Benjamin Chamness. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
