It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Barbara Thompson Mays of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on August 27, 2021, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Thompson and Mary Lipscomb Thompson; her former husband Raymond Mays; and her sisters, Martha Manning, Charlotte Shaffer and Dorthy Rinehart.
She is survived by: her husband Harold Wessel; and her children, Linda Wagers, Becky Drook, Mike Wessel and Debbie Parker. She is also survived by seven grandchildren, eleven great-grandchildren, and two great-great-grandsons.
