We are sad to announce that on August 21, 2020, at the age of 73, Barbara Elliott of Richmond, Indiana passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert A. Downing and Martha Viola Parker Downing; her siblings, George Downing and Linda K. Downing; and her close friend Margaret "Peg" Wickie.
She is survived by: her daughters, Karma Johnson (Billy) and Peggy Lee Elliott; and her brothers, Bobby Downing, Kent Downing and Timmy Downing. She is also survived by 3 grandchildren, and 13 great grandchildren.
