She was predeceased by: her parents, Autherine Carter and Robert Carter; her brothers, David, Robert and Joseph Carter; her half-brother Peter Garrett; her sisters, Catherine and Juanita; and her children, Janice Lynette Hogg, Yolanda Ann Sanders and Roneld Paul Sanders (Bubba).
She is survived by: her daughter Pamela Dixon (Bobby); her grandchildren, Pierre, Larry, Shawn, Danielle, Roneld, Paul, Joshua, Isaiah, Jacobi, Antwan, Gary and Selee; and her close friends, Katrina Orr and Tammy Shiverdecker. She is also survived by several great- grandchildren and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Mt. Olive Baptist Church (1108 N H St, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, May 3rd 2025 at the Earlham Cemetery (1101 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374).
