It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Annabelle Bailey of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on July 15, 2022, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Clyde Allen and Cynthia Miller Allen. She is survived by: her husband Donald; her sons, James Bailey, Phillip Bailey, Mark Bailey (April) of Richmond and Cameron Arnett (Jamie) of Moraine; her grandchildren, Canaan Arnett, Mark Bailey Jr. and Justin Bailey; her great grandchild Easton Bailey; her siblings, Warnie Allen, Rick Allen (Paula) and Mazie Williams (Freeman); and her close friend Cora Allen. She is also survived by nieces, and nephews.
