She was predeceased by: her mother Cathy Jo Scalf Thompson. She is survived by: her father Walter E. Thompson; her brothers, Timothy Sparks (Karen) and Thomas Sparks (Stephanie) of Tulsa Oklahoma; and her aunt Kelly Sluis (Anthony Perseponko). She is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews.
