It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Alice Mary Rees of Richmond, Indiana, who passed away on February 10, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

As Alice Mary departs from our midst, her spirit ascends to join the cosmic dance of stars, a shimmering constellation of memories that will forever grace the night sky of the hearts of those who loved Alice Mary. Though Alice Mary may no longer walk beside us, her legacy lives on — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of time and space.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold E. Rees (Mary M. Taylor Jones) and Bill Rees; and her husband William Eugene Rees. She is survived by: her daughter Samantha Dickens (Bill) of Arizona; and her grandchildren, Will, Ryza and Zac.

Visitation was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Doan & Mills Funeral Home (790 W Nat'l Rd, Richmond, IN 47374). A funeral service was held on Monday, February 17th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.

Alice was active in her church and the local Alzheimer's group.
