He is survived by: his parents, Diana Ball (Jim Carter) and Ron Ball; his sister Sherry Ball; his niece Shayla Muffett (Jason); his nephew Skylar Ball; his grandparents, William and Loma Morgan; his stepsiblings, Patrick, Kacie Carter, Kristina Lucas and Tabitha Rice; and his nephew Jeffery Rice.

Memorial contributions may be made to Rockport Church of the Nazarene.
