He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles A. Small and Mildred Small (Adams); his daughter-in-law Karen Marie Small; and his siblings, Jean, Thelma and Benny.
He is survived by: his wife Linda "Carolyn" Small; and his sons, Patrick "Kent" Small (Lisa) of Boonville, IN and David L. Small of Boonville, IN. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 6 great grandchildren; several nieces, nephews, and extended family and friends.
