He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Everett and Naomi Everett (Hall); and his brothers, Michael Dale Everett, Sr., Thomas Robert Everett, Jr. and Steven Everett.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Everett of Richland, IN.; his siblings, Brenda Marts (David) of Owensboro, KY., David Everett (Melanie) of Tennessee, Mark Everett of Chandler, IN. and Linda Fridy (David) of Newburgh, IN.; and his sister-in-law Patricia Everett of Hatfield, IN.. He is also survived by many extended family and friends.
