He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Frederick and Mary Frederick (Walker); and his sister Angela Hopper. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Frederick of Richland, IN; his children, Kurtis Frederick (Kori) of Rockport, IN, Rachel Alvey (Brandon) of Owensboro, KY and Matthew Frederick (Kamie) of Rockport, IN; his grandchildren, Rilee Frederick, Paige Frederick, Jaxon Frederick, Oliver "Ollie" Frederick, Levi Frederick and Charleigh Alvey; and his brother Mike Frederick.
