He is survived by: his wife Sheila Scarbrough; his children, Shaun Scarbrough and Melissa Monks Wade; his grandchildren, Damion Slusser, Dylin Scarbrough, Katelynn Scarbrough and Jessica Scarbrough; his great grandchild Jaxton Slusser; and his siblings, Barbara Sue Stanley (Larry), Deborah Rush (Rick) and Ricky Lee Scarbrough. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
