He was predeceased by: his parents, Gilbert Thomas and Margaret Thomas (Yeager). He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Brock (Cheryl) of Byron, GA., Burke of Richland, Wendy Taylor (David) of Richland and Kirsten Drwal (Patrick) of Richland; his grandchildren, Hannah Freel (Isaac), Rebecca Wallen (Christian), Stephen Thomas (Sarah), Kyla Henderson (Corey), Zane Taylor (Kristin), Julie Nott (Luke) and Morgan Taylor; his great grandchildren, Jacob, Ryan, Katie Freel, Kaitlyn, Melanie Wallen, Jack, Maggie Lyn, Henry, Eleanor Thomas, Bryce Henderson, Perry, Laura and Ethan Nott; and his sister Karen Nicolay (Charles) of Topeka, KS..

The family requests that masks be worn and social distancing be observed.
