He was predeceased by: his parents, Willis E. Wroe and Margaret Wroe (Pope). He is survived by: his wife Lana Wroe (Weatherholt); his son Matthew Wroe (Tiffany) of Oldsmar, FL; and his grandchildren, Maggie and Toby Wroe. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
