He was predeceased by: his daughter Carrie; his siblings, Willard, Carroll, Louise, Ralph and Bertis; and his great grandchildren, Kameron Raaf and Kennedy Raaf.
He is survived by: his children, Bruce Milligan (Rebecca) of Newburgh, IN, Cathy Boyd (Jimmy) of Rockport, IN, Chris Raaf (Jay) of Columbus, IN and Adam Snyder (Cheri) of Haubstadt, IN; his sisters, Naomi Brown of Evansville, IN, Lela Hester of Harrisburg, IL and Nina Carter of Marion, IL; and his grandchildren, Ian Milligan, Aaron Milligan, Michael Boyd, Matthew Boyd, Jason Raaf, Jeremy Raaf and Luke Snyder.
