She is survived by: her daughter Tina Hermes of Rockport, IN; her grandchildren, Dominique Vanover (Derek), Laine Duke (Billy) and Tarren Wilkey (Jason); her great grandchildren, Kevin, Jimmie, Rylee and Brantley; her sisters, Donna Cullum of Evansville, IN and Ann Myers of Hatfield, IN; her niece Kelly Repphan; and her nephews, Jeff and Tony.
