She was predeceased by: her parents, Lester Frank Hamilton and Ruby Rose Hamilton (Crays); her husband Robert H Burris Sr.; her son Robert H Burris Jr.; her grandson Ronnie Burris; and her siblings, Franklin Hamilton, Joyce Kerns, Janice Shaw and Dwain Hamilton.
She is survived by: her children, Ron Burris (Dee), Karen Burris (Pat Kieran), Bruce Burris (Martha) and Mark Burris (Jill); her brothers, Charlie Hamilton (Donna) and Glenn Hamilton (Sherry); her grandchildren, Jason Burris (Carrie), Joe Vincent, Kendra Dezentje (James Hall), Jaimee Burris (Jenny Jones), Brian Nelson (Jill), Brett Nelson (Rachel), Nick Burris (Grace), Sam Burris, Misty Edwards, Tracy Smith and Doug Hornburger; her great grandchildren, Ashley Burris, Cammy Burris, Brianna Burris, Calvin Burris, Jude Burris, JJ Hall, Kyla Hall, Eliza Jones-Burris, Fletcher Jones-Burris, Oliver Nelson, Piper Nelson, Michael Nelson, David Nelson and Jacob Nelson; her great great grandchildren, Melissa Lane, Ambrielle Philpot and Jaxson Gardner; and also Debbie Burris.
