He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Miller and Leorabell Miller (Pattengale); and his brother Tracy. He is survived by: his former wife Jane J. McIntire; his wife Janet; his stepdaughter Susan Jacobs of Logansport; and his brothers, Darrell (Brenda) of Delphi and Clay of Lafayette.
