He was predeceased by: his parents, Glenn Lucas and Mary Lucas (Halsema); and his siblings, Jim Lucas, Glenda Barnett (David), Joyce Steele (Butch) and Mary Frances Sargent.
He is survived by: his son Joseph "Joe" Lucas of Rensselaer; his grandchildren, Abigail, Jacob, Emily and Alex; and his brother-in-law Frank Sargent. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Social distancing, maximum number of people will be enforced, and masks must be worn at all services due to current pandemic.
Memorials may be made in Bill's honor to the American Legion and/or VFW.
