She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Tichacek and Gladys Tichacek (Firkens); and her husband Carlton George. She is survived by: her children, Paula Manchester (Stuart) of Rensselaer, IN and Harvey Smith (Carol) of Wickliff, OH. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren, and 1 great-great-granddaughter.
Memorials in Vera's honor may be made to Southern Care Hospice or George Ade Memorial Health Center.
