She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Ptacek and Carol Ptacek (Hilton). She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Tracy; her grandchildren, Oliver, Anna Bell, Evander and Joeley; her brother Todd Ptacek (Teresa); and her nieces, Elicia, Emily and Elizabeth Valerie.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the funeral home to assist the family.
